Pelatihan Motivasi Usaha Bagi Umkm Kota Bogor

Abstract

 

Dari penelitiana Hendrt A. Murray (1957) serta Miller dan Gordon (1970) dapat disimpulkan terdapatnya hubungan yang positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan pencapaian prestasi. Artinya, karyawan yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi tinggi cenderung memiliki prestasi kerja tinggi, dan sebaliknya  mereka yang prestasi kerjanya rendah dimungkinkan karena motivasi berprestasinya juga rendah.

Apabila kualitas SDM para pelaku  UMKM ditingkatkan dalam mengelola usaha  melalui pelatihan motivasi usaha, tentunya hal ini akan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan akan mampu menggerakkan roda perkekonomian secara umum. Untuk itu Pelatihan Motivasi Usaha  bagi UMKM sangat diperlukan.

That is, employees who have high achievement motivation tend to have high work performance, and conversely those who have low work performance are possible because motivation for achievement is also low.

If the quality of the human resources of MSME actors is increased in managing the business through business motivation training, of course this will be able to improve the welfare of the community and will be able to move the wheels of the economy in general. For this reason, Business Motivation Training for MSMEs is very necessary.
